Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be available to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must also be an Indiana Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a residential or skilled community. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred, but not required. New nurse graduates are welcome to apply.
