Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at a well-established acute hospital in Los Angeles, CA.

About the Job

This is a full-time per diem opportunity that requires a strong background in ICU nursing. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervised experience in an Acute Care Hospital setting in the ICU.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
  • Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
  • Foster a caring environment that respects patient's dignity
  • Maintain a high quality of care for individuals with psychiatric and mental health illnesses
  • Deliver and evaluate all patient care provided
  • Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekend and holidays
  • Be a model of professionalism and compassion to this organization
Requirements
  • 1 Year of supervised experience in an Acute Care Hospital setting in the ICU
  • CPR/BLS through the AHA
  • Current ACLS through the AHA
  • Current NIHSS certification
  • Current MAB/CPI/S.A.A.M.)
  • Current LA Fire Card
  • Active RN License through CA BRN.
