Construction Specialist

Hunter Green Solutions Limited specializes in residential and commercial remodeling and property maintenance services.

Estimated Salary: $52,500 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

We are looking for a skilled tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance and installation work at designated locations.
2. Complete tasks issued by crew leaders, including rough framing, drywall installation, and flooring.
3. Clean up, protect, move materials, tools, and equipment.
4. Conform to all safety rules and regulations of the company and OSHA standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work extended shifts and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older and will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Lifting and carrying up to 120 pounds (drywall material and lumber).
• Mental alertness and muscular coordination required.
