Clinical Therapist Specialist for Skilled Nursing Care

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Lewes, Delaware. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in delivering quality care and making a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech language pathology services to patients with communication disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
- Current licensure and certification in the state of practice
- 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing settings
