Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at St. Luke's Hospital. As a CT Scan/X-Ray Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Radiologists during invasive procedures and perform CT scan examinations as directed.
  • Properly identify patients and exams, and perform diagnostic radiographic services with maximum care and attention to detail.
  • Communicate clinical observations during CT scan examinations to Radiologists.
  • Present clinical history as recorded on documentation to Radiologists.
  • Demonstrate competency in RIS/HIS modules and inject contrast for CT scans according to department policy.
  • Perform 3-D imaging functions and provide educational information to patients regarding their examination.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an ARRT recognized education program or ARRT registered.
  • Advanced registry in CT required within 1 year of hire date.
  • 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Current state license (NJDEP) and appropriate registry (ARRT) required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent CT Scan experience.
  • Advanced CT registry required within one year of hire.
  • Current BLS certification within three months of hire.
