Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Trained Medication Aides (TMAs). As a TMA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and treatments according to our facility's medication policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments according to the facility's medication policy
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our residents
  • Report errors in the administration of medications
  • Record and restock medication inventories, and process discontinued medication as directed by the Director of Nursing
  • Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with caring for residents when needed
  • Complete necessary forms, charts, reports, etc. in a descriptive manner, and submit them as necessary
Qualifications and Skills
  • MN CNA and TMA Certification in good standing
  • TMA experience in a nursing home setting
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant
  • Clear verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Pass a criminal background check
