About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite Service Engineer to join our team at Atlas Copco/Edwards Vacuum. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional product support and technical expertise to our customers at their assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and remedy faults, perform preventative maintenance, and install and commission Edwards products.
  • Utilize electromechanical skills to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Participate in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment.
  • Work professionally and develop customer relations.
  • Understand and adhere to all site fab and Subfab protocol requirements.
  • Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance; work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • Requires an Associate's degree, military, or 2-3 years of equivalent experience may substitute for education requirement.
  • Relevant previous experience in a related industry or relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum.
  • Knowledge areas/Skills: positive attitude, energetic and enthusiastic, strong willingness to learn, commitment to excellence, self-starter, excellent customer interfacing and communication skills, ability to learn how to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams, competent in the use of test equipment, basic computer skills.
