Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Solomon Page. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' respiratory conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to determine respiratory conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and nurses
  • Monitor patients' respiratory conditions and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Certification from an accredited program
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
