SUMMARY

Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hub Driver to transport merchandise between locations. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, 3 years of driving experience, and excellent customer service skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Complete shipment logs and document vehicle movement on daily route sheets.
• Load, secure, and protect product in delivery vehicles and safely transport merchandise.
• Offload merchandise in a secure and safe manner.
• Maintain routine vehicle inspections and service to ensure proper working condition.
• Adhere to state and federal break requirements.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license.
• 3 years of driving experience.
• Positive customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Proficient in applicable technology such as GPS and Time Clocks.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be insurable through Hibbett Retail, Inc.'s insurance vendor.
