Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement effective generalization strategies, reducing problem behavior and promoting positive outcomes.
  • Manage therapy schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of billable services, meeting the needs of our clients and their families.
  • Work closely with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst to monitor treatment progress, identify barriers to success, and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Take initiative to facilitate community integration, enabling participants to engage in their preferred activities and promoting socialization and behavioral development.
  • Provide support to participants with developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, to promote overall well-being and independence.
  • Address behavioral challenges and complex needs by following the Behavior Support Plan, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Registered Behavior Technician certification a plus, but can be trained upon hire.
  • At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or prior experience with children or adults with disabilities.
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
