Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lane Server to join our team at Bowlero Corp. As a Lane Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a fun and safe environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Learn and relay menu items, promotions, and specials to guests
  • Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met
  • Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Work Environment

Our entertainment center is a fun and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people. As a Lane Server, you will be on your feet for most of your shift, and may be required to lift objects with some assistance.
