We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team at Big Boy Restaurant Group LLC. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our menu items and ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service by following our specific sequence of steps to ensure prompt and courteous service to each guest.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer questions accurately and make menu item suggestions.
• Food Preparation: Prepare beverages, salads, and desserts according to specifications, adhering to recipe and portion control to assist in maintaining food costs.
• Quality Control: Inspect every food and beverage item served to guests, ensuring perfect menu execution of each item ordered.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the restaurant and keep the dining area sparkling clean.
• Appearance and Attire: Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Physical Demands: Able to remain on your feet for long periods of time, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
• Strength and Agility: Sufficient strength and agility to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Communication Skills: Good English speaking and reading skills, and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and provide quality service to guests.
