Job Opportunity

Qualis Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team in Huntsville, AL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for RF systems and electronics.
  • Setup, integrate, and teardown system RF apertures, system control and monitoring equipment, and support equipment.
  • Procure and utilize required components to complete prototype development.
  • Facilitate shipping and logistics for developmental tests.
  • Perform maintenance for system prototypes.
  • Perform troubleshooting for system faults and anomalies.
  • Support integration tests, performance tests, and experimentation.
  • Support technical interchange meetings.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant RF experience.
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required. Active Top Secret Preferred.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in RF architecture design, build-out, and testing.
  • Effective communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to operate within a team structure.
  • Strong understanding of RF component characterization.
  • Strong background in VNA, XNA, PNA, spectrum analyzers, real-time spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, digital waveform generators, communication diagnostics, waveguide systems, and antenna characterizations.
  • Understanding of RF propagation, basic electromagnetics, and RF components.
  • Background in or ability to learn component machining for RF prototyping.
