Job SummaryBridgeline Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a Behavioral Therapist role. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, designing and implementing evidence-based behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing support and training to families and caregivers of individuals with autism and related disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Intervention Planning: Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of problem behavior, and develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans based on the results of the assessment.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure treatment fidelity and effectiveness, and provide ongoing support and training to families and caregivers to help them implement behavior interventions in the home and community.
- Progress Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate progress toward treatment goals and adjust interventions as necessary, and maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to provide coordinated care for individuals with autism and related disabilities, and maintain effective communication with families and caregivers.
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Education: Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience working as a BCBA.
- Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
