About the Role
The Learning Experience #136 is seeking an experienced and dedicated Preschool Cook to join our team. As a Preschool Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing healthy and delicious meals for preschool children while ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a commercial warming kitchen with precision and attention to detail.
- Plan, prepare, and warm nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of preschool children.
- Maintain accurate records of food allergies and communicate effectively with teachers to ensure the children's safety.
- Implement proper food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Collaborate with the Center Leadership team to manage inventory, purchase supplies, and adhere to local and state regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and interact positively with parents, teachers, and children.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in food preparation and cooking preferred (1 year minimum).
- Current food handling certificate or ability to obtain within 30-60 days of hire.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs safely.
