About the Role:
AEG is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ballpark Ambassador. As a key member of our Game Day Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests throughout their visit to American Family Field. This includes verifying tickets, distributing promotional items, and guiding guests to their seats. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

The estimated salary for this role is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
