Parking Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Parking Attendant to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience.
Key Responsibilities- Direct patrons to available parking spaces and provide clear instructions on parking procedures.
- Issue parking tickets and record required information accurately and efficiently.
- Process exception transactions, such as lost tickets or grace period tickets, in accordance with company policy.
- Complete daily shift paperwork, including recording transactions by parking rate and number of vehicles in and out of the facility.
- Provide Propark Mobility's standards of service to each customer, including maintaining a professional uniform appearance and greeting customers.
- May be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by location management.
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.
- Customer service experience of one year or more.
The physical demands of this position include standing, walking, sitting, using hands to handle tools or controls, reaching with hands or arms, talking, and hearing. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. The work environment may be subject to weather conditions and the employee may be exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
