Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Nurse to join our team at The Mount Sinai Hospital. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring cardiac patients' vital signs and providing high-quality care to ensure their stability and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and interpret electrocardiograms (ECGs) to identify irregular rhythms and notify medical team members.
- Administer medications and record patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Provide basic bedside care and initiate patient education plans as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans.
- Initiate corrective action in response to adverse symptomatology and provide life-saving interventions as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of current Telemetry experience in a hospital setting.
- Evidence of current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications.
