Job Description:

This role involves installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial rooftops. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with project leads and electricians to complete projects while ensuring high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install solar panels and related equipment on rooftops, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project leads and electricians to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, wet, or humid environments, while maintaining a focus on safety and productivity.
  • Maintain balance on rooftops with various heights, angles, and surfaces, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.

Working Conditions:

  • Climb ladders and maintain balance on rooftops, requiring physical stamina and agility.
  • Work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, or basements, necessitating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Lift and maneuver 60 pounds frequently and up to 110 pounds with assistance, demonstrating strength and endurance.

Requirements:

  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating basic education and knowledge.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License & clean driving record, ensuring safe transportation and adherence to traffic laws.
  • Able to pass pre-employment Drug Screening and Background check, upholding integrity and reliability.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrate 2 years of Customer Service experience, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
