Job Title: CT Technologist

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Devils Lake, North Dakota.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to operate CT equipment, produce high-quality images, and provide exceptional patient care. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for positioning patients, setting equipment controls, and monitoring patient safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
  • Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
  • Set equipment controls, monitor patient safety, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, start IVs, and inject contrast media as required.
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images, and label them appropriately.
  • Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions.
  • Charge procedures and supplies to patient records.
  • Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration.
Requirements:
  • Eighteen months of prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist.
  • ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification.
  • Licensure in most states.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
