About the Role

The Fresh Food Quality Expert is responsible for maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members while providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, be a multi-tasker at heart, and keep member satisfaction as their top priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation.
• Prepare meat products according to established standards and maintain quality standards.
• Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Ensure operational excellence, maintain work area policies, and secure fragile merchandise.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a grocery or food service environment preferred.

Estimated Salary Range

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
