POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager specializing in Enterprise Applications for our client, a rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively engage with all business stakeholders, quickly understand both technical and operational requirements, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation formats. This role involves providing comprehensive lifecycle support for all enterprise software and application management, enhancing visibility, adaptability, and dependability while delivering real-time insights across the organization.

Note: This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least once a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of all enterprise application initiatives.
  • Lead a team of database developers, analysts, application managers, and integrators responsible for supporting all enterprise-wide applications.
  • Develop project timelines for the implementation, updates, and releases of applications.
  • Assess system functionality and provide recommendations for enterprise applications.
  • Manage all upgrades, testing, evaluation, and modification of enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee system support and customization of ERP, CRM, MES, and WWMS enterprise applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, system documentation, business processes, data objects, and database architecture.
  • Lead, write, manage, and support all B2B/B2C integrations and ETL processes utilizing solutions such as SSIS and EDI.
  • Draft and maintain project plans, test plans, execute test scripts, and manage testing cycles for all solutions, along with overseeing the validation process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise Applications, encompassing System Analysis, Design, Procurement, Testing, Implementation, Documentation, Vendor Management, and License Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading a technical team, providing substantial technical and non-technical mentorship.
  • Proven track record of executing organizational vision, strategy, and system implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Enterprise Applications to achieve a best-in-class organization.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects across various functional areas and executive sponsors.
  • Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with Jira (or similar tools) and agile iterative development methodologies, including sprint planning and change management.
  • Proven experience in ERP integration and customization.
  • Intellectually curious with a strong inclination towards action.
  • Client-focused and highly collaborative.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills with a solid understanding of the business implications of decisions.
  • Ability to maintain a strategic perspective while focusing on key success factors for the organization.
  • Capacity to provide steady leadership amidst tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and evolving operational needs.
