Position Summary

We are looking for a mid-level systems engineer to take on a leadership role within a small systems administration team. The selected candidate will engage in systems engineering and administrative tasks while supporting the development of deliverables in accordance with the Technical Process Areas outlined in ISO/IEC 15288.

Qualifications

Security Clearance:

  • Must possess a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph; all candidates must be U.S. citizens.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field.
  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in systems engineering.
  • IAT level II baseline certification as specified by DoD M.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Linux.
  • Experience with Ansible.
  • Familiarity with Redhat KVM.
  • Knowledge of NetApps.
  • Experience with NetBackup.

This position is exclusively for direct hires. We do not consider candidates from third-party staffing or recruiting agencies.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (based on years of experience).
  • Up to 20% 401k contribution (no matching required, vested from day one).
  • Competitive hourly rates.
  • $3,200 HSA contribution.
