About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our team at Lazy Dog Restaurants, LLC. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visually inspect all plates prior to delivery to ensure portion, presentation, and guest specifications are met.
  • Organize and deliver dishes to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Set up and stock product for each shift, maintain backup storage, and clean, sanitize, and maintain slide area, equipment, utensils, and tools.
  • Handle difficult situations and guest complaints through AIM (Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management).
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
