Job Title: Lounge Manager Trainee

Town Pump Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lounge Manager Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our casino operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing lounge operations, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Manage lounge operations, including supervising staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in planning and implementing promotions and events to drive revenue and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control controllable expenses, sales increases, and inside gross margin to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including audits, bookkeeping, payroll, and record maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
