We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team as a Mobile Ultrasound Specialist. In this role, you will travel locally to diagnose patients in their own homes or at a facility, utilizing superior digital technology for expedited care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality ultrasound exams for patients in various service locations
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as state and federal rules and regulations
  • Demonstrate competency in portable ultrasound studies based on established protocols
  • Safely operate ultrasound equipment and vehicle
  • Prepare preliminary worksheets and communicate with radiologists
  • Maintain records and reports according to standard protocols
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Orient new staff and train students if requested

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Sonography program
  • Credentialed in medical sonography by ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI
  • Registered Diagnostic Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to work varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
