  • Monitor parking lots and garages to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform operational duties as required, including but not limited to, assisting with parking lot maintenance and repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Use personal cell phones for work purposes, as required

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Physical ability to walk 8+ miles in a shift and work in all types of weather
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to work independently
