Job Summary

The Clinical Partner (CP) is a valued member of the nursing team at Baptist Health South Florida, working in close collaboration with registered nurses to provide safe and quality patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction of a registered nurse.
  • Work in close collaboration with assigned RNs to provide safe and quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with wound care, discontinuing saline locks, and discontinuing Foley catheters.
Requirements
  • CNA or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
  • 1 year of experience preferred, with previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum required experience: 1 year.
