Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure food safety and product quality
  • Perform basic clean, inspect, and lube functions, including preventative maintenance
  • Participate in start-up, troubleshooting, and shutdown of line equipment
  • Report out-of-standard/specification results to the Quality Department and Business Unit Lead/Supervisor
  • Complete handwritten instructions and online documentation, including Quality and Critical Control Point (CCP) checks
  • Maintain accurate and detailed work logs and inventory records
Requirements
  • 6 months of previous manufacturing, packaging, or assembly line production experience
  • Demonstrated organizational and observational skills, and detail-oriented
  • Basic mathematical calculation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and listen to written and oral instructions in English
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment under limited supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of previous filling, packaging, or processing production experience
  • High school or equivalency diploma
  • Previous forklift experience
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
  • Proficiency using a personal computer and related software
Physical Demands

The successful candidate will have the physical ability to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs, reach overhead, climb, squat/bend/kneel, sit, and regularly stand and walk/move about.
