Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Aquatics and Recreation Manager, the Swimming Instructor is responsible for conducting swim lessons, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service to members of the fitness center and the community.

Job Details and Requirements:

• Type: PRN, As Needed. Not Benefit Eligible
• Education: High School Diploma - Preferred
• Certification & Licensures:
  • American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard Training - Preferred
  • BLS Certification Required within 45 Days of Employment
• Experience:
  • Three (3) Months of Experience Teaching Swim Lessons or Participating in an Organized Swim Team Required
