Position Overview:

The role requires independent execution in a dynamic environment, working closely with government program managers and other stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within a Department of Defense (DoD) context.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial management for DoD programs.
  • Proficient in developing program budgets, timelines, and monitoring financial commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
  • Experience with new program acquisitions, solicitations, and contracting processes.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in providing analytical support to defense research and development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Agencies Initiative financial system.
  • Proficient in generating military interdepartmental purchase requests or similar documentation.
  • Experience collaborating with advanced research project agencies such as DARPA, ARPAe, and IARPA.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, collaborate, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Possession of a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

The salary for this position is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this role is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this position and is part of Booz Allen's total compensation package.
