We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a NICU Shift Manager. As a key member of our Women & Children's Services department, you will play a vital role in leading clinical and administrative operations for the night shift team.

The NICU department is a 40+ bed, Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, staffed by a highly skilled team of caregivers, including Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Lactation Consultants, Respiratory Therapists, and other healthcare professionals. As NICU Shift Manager, you will report to the Nurse Director of Women & Children's Services and will be responsible for leading a team of Registered Nurses. You will work closely with our Charge Nurses and Clinical Educator to ensure seamless operations and provide support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Registered Nurses on the night shift

  • Contribute to the development of clinical and administrative policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a NICU setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
