Job Overview:

Nature by Design Plants, a leading provider of high-quality plants and plant-related products, is seeking an experienced Plant Shop Helper to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily operations in our Plant Shop, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with product inquiries and sales
  • Care and maintenance of plants, including watering, pruning, and repotting
  • Retail merchandising, including product staging and pricing
  • Housing keeping, including cleaning and organization
  • General assistance with stocking and receiving inventory

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a retail or horticultural environment
  • Strong knowledge of house plants and their care
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
