Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Associate to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Cleveland/Akron. As a key member of our contents team, you will be responsible for assisting with packing, cleaning, storing, and returning personal property affected by loss or damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack and unpack client property with care and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough inventories of client property, recording restorable and non-restorable items.
  • Take photos of jobs from start to finish, utilizing provided software for daily documentation.
  • Manage inventory, recording deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
  • Communicate with Contents Project Manager to discuss materials needed for job completion.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with job quality assurance and customer service.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and background check with a clean record.
  • One (1) plus year of experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and tech savvy.
  • Team-oriented and willing to learn software on iPads and phones.
