Job Summary

FlexCare Imaging is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technician to join our team as a travel Radiology Technician in Hendersonville, Tennessee. This 13-week assignment offers the opportunity to work with top healthcare facilities around the country and provides a chance to improve your skills and experience.

About the Role

This position involves working as a Radiology Technician, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clients. As a member of our team, you will be expected to maintain a safe and clean environment, ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
  • Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and answer questions
  • Operate imaging equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including radiation dosages and patient information
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Certification in Radiology (e.g., ARRT) and current state licensure
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technician
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay packages based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with tax-free stipends to be determined. Our benefits package includes:
