Position: Snow Removal Crew Member
Company: Nandail Property Management
Location: Kane, PA.
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Snow Removal Specialist to assist with snow clearing and general property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with snow removal for residential and commercial properties.
- Perform handyman tasks, including minor repairs and general maintenance.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure all work is done with care and attention to detail.
- Offer outstanding customer service and foster open communication with property owners.
- Notify your supervisor of any additional maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a handyman or similar role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in snow removal or outdoor maintenance is a plus.
