This position offers a competitive salary range of $17.50/hr - $21.35/hr, depending on education and experience.
The role requires a minimum of a CDA or higher education level, along with at least 6 months of experience in a licensed child care facility, preschool, or daycare.

As a Child Care Lead Teacher or Kindergarten Prep Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a teaching team to create classroom plans, set goals, and facilitate engaging activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs.
- Maintaining daily communication with parents, documenting and sharing significant milestones in their child's development.
- Ensuring a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Applicants must successfully complete required state and company background checks and meet the minimum education and experience standards:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- CDA or higher level of education is required
- A minimum of six months of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool is necessary
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) is essential
