LTC Admissions Director

Job Overview:

The Gardens at Orangeville is seeking a skilled LTC Admissions Director to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and the community. You will also be responsible for growing new referral opportunities, acting as a liaison between facilities and referral sources, and converting referrals to new residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow new referral opportunities in hospitals and other sources
• Act as liaison between facilities and referral sources
• Convert referrals to new residents
• Community outreach and relationship building
• Coordinate admissions with the facility team
• Ensure admission documentation is completed accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Experience in Healthcare Sales, Marketing, Referral Management, and/or Admissions
• Licensed clinical professional (RN, LPN, or Licensed Social Worker)
• Experience with the LTC admission process required
• The insurance knowledge base required

Compensation:

$50,000 - $70,000 per year
