Job Overview

We seek dynamic and innovative Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our Pediatric Urgent Care team. As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with medical directors and site physicians to deliver age-appropriate care under established protocols.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Requirements

  • Urgent Care Experience: Preferred, with a strong background in fast-paced clinical settings
  • Pediatric Assessment & Treatment: At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant, with a focus on pediatric care
  • Licensing & Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory guidelines (OSHA, CLIA) and maintaining a valid, unencumbered Texas RN license
  • Certification: Active certification by national certifying bodies recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing (PNP-BC, FNP-BC) or NCCPA
