Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care in post-acute care settings
- Collaborate with medical staff to track care options and outcomes
- Develop care plans in partnership with residents and medical teams
- Set up and monitor medical equipment effectively
- Administer appropriate treatments and medications to residents
- Conduct lab evaluations by drawing bodily fluids
- Review care options with residents and their families
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Oversee accurate documentation of resident histories and interventions
- Provide training and supervision to nursing and support staff
- Assist with incident investigations as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- A minimum of 4 months of experience in post-acute or inpatient hospital care
