M3, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Heavy Truck Operator. Compensation ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of a heavy-duty vehicle (Ford F450) to collect materials and equipment from suppliers, and transport, deliver, and unload these items at various construction sites in the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate heavy-duty trucks and towing trailers, including dump trailers and Gooseneck models.
  • Perform tasks independently, requiring physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
  • Assist with the organization and inventory management of the storage yard when not driving.

Job Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License; preference will be given to candidates with a CDL License, although it is not mandatory.
  • Proof of a clean driving record.
  • Adhere to Department of Transportation and OSHA regulations, along with all local, state, and federal laws.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and promptly report any maintenance issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate physical endurance.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with team members for timely deliveries and pickups.
  • Self-motivated to organize and maintain proper inventory levels of materials and equipment.

Benefits:
  • After 60 days of employment, full-time staff will be enrolled in company-sponsored Group Life and Short-Term Disability insurance. Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage is available after 60 days, with M3, Inc. covering 60% of the medical premium. Additional supplemental benefits, including Accident and Critical Illness insurance, are offered at discounted rates.

Time Off:
  • Eligible for 6 paid holidays after 90 days of full-time employment, and 40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued after one year of full-time service.

Compensation:
  • Weekly pay is provided through Direct Deposit.
