Senior HVAC Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Installation Technician to join our team at JC Warner HVAC. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by performing a wide range of HVAC activities for residential and small commercial customers.

• Assist the Installation Manager in daily equipment staging and job preparation.
• Oversee loading and replenishment of trucks on a daily basis.
• Ensure accurate sizing and installation of ductwork.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including job packets and installation forms.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to timely, efficient, and profitable job completion.
• Perform special or complicated installation activities as required.
• Train installation teams and other employees on installation-related subjects, including call-back prevention and installation protocols.
• Conduct quality control inspections of installation jobs and monitor the technical progress of newly assigned installation employees.
• Develop and implement point-of-work sales strategies for IAQ services, unit components, and residential service contracts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

• Valid driver's license.
• Five or more years of HVACR experience, either as a service or installation technician.
• Advanced knowledge of line and low voltage systems.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
• Ability to work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.
• Good oral and reading skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturers' installation instructions.
• Physical ability to perform all duties under various conditions and weather in Maryland.
• Interest in maintaining HVACR skills through self-study, company training, and professional development activities.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressures, non-standard schedules, and extreme weather conditions.
