Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with project teams to develop strategic action plans and accurate cost assessments for materials, labor, and other essential resources.
  • Contribute to the formulation of project plans and design specifications.
  • Evaluate and recommend materials, equipment, and methodologies pertinent to the project.
  • Oversee the progress of development projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct comparisons between actual project costs and initial estimates.
  • Collaborate with design teams to adjust plans in response to any arising challenges.
  • Examine systems, processes, and equipment to identify enhancements that can boost efficiency, elevate quality, and minimize expenses.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to industry codes, guidelines, best practices, and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in engineering is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Some travel may be necessary during the project lifecycle, from initial site assessments to final installation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of SolidWorks is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Robust analytical and critical thinking skills.
