About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Luxury Motorcoach Operator to join our team at Coach USA. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers across various routes.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to $70,000 annually, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, and 401K. Additionally, our operators enjoy paid holidays and personal time off after three months of service.
Responsibilities
As a Luxury Motorcoach Operator, your primary duties will include:
- Safely operating luxury motorcoaches to transport passengers
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive travel experience
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coach
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed and adhered to
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a clean driving record with no history of DUI or impaired driving violations in the past seven years
- Pass pre-employment essential function tests and drug screenings
- Meet DOT physical qualifications
