We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Nextek, Inc. as a SMT Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our printed circuit board assembly process.
Key Responsibilities- Operate advanced SMT placement machines to assemble printed circuit boards.
- Change out feeders and identify components according to work instructions.
- Troubleshoot and correct problems, alerting support staff as needed.
- Effectively communicate with other SMT operators on a daily basis.
- Must have knowledge of SMT machines, Juki placement platforms preferred.
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in electronics manufacturing environment, SMT operator experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Working knowledge of PCB components.
- Must be able to work scheduled overtime as needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Must be a US citizen.
