We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team for a 13-week contract in Framingham, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric nursing and be able to provide high-quality care to patients on a per-shift basis.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective care to patients while leading and supervising clinical staff. You will also collaborate closely with the facility\'s CNO to ensure clinical staff competency and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, safe, and effective care to patients on a per-shift basis
  • Lead and supervise clinical staff to ensure effective resource management
  • Collaborate closely with the facility\'s CNO to ensure clinical staff competency
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements:

  • Master\'s degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Nursing
  • Current state licensure or registration as per state laws
  • Specialty certifications as required (must meet certification requirements for each supported nursing specialty)
  • CPR (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
  • 2+ years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year of recent experience in a psychiatric nursing setting

Salary: $\$130,000 - $\$170,000 per year (based on experience)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Nursing
  • Minimum Experience Required:
    • 2+ years of nursing experience
    • 1+ year of recent experience in a nursing specialty within an Acute Care hospital setting

Required Certification/Licensure:

  • Current state licensure or registration as per state laws
  • Specialty certifications as required (must meet certification requirements for each supported nursing specialty)
  • CPR (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
