Cardiovascular Nurse Job Description

As a Cardiovascular Nurse at Providence, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art catheterization lab. Our team of experienced healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the catheterization lab, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' vital signs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest cardiovascular procedures and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and empathy among team members.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
