Logistics Coordinator

American Regent, Inc. is a leading pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining production schedules and meeting company goals.

• Receiving and verifying incoming shipments against Bill of Lading and Purchase Orders
• Receiving, putting away, and delivering inventory and commodities using AS400 computer system or scanning guns
• Segregating and quarantining materials requiring Q.A/Q.C. sampling and testing
• Providing assistance to Quality Assurance/Control in sampling and staging materials

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Distribution and warehouse experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and AS400 computer experience preferred
• Basic math skills and ability to work with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
