House Supervisor

The House Supervisor is a key member of the Nursing Administration team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Health System on off-shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with staffing clerks and nurse managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and patient care delivery.
- Round on patient care areas to assess environment of care, safety, noise level, cleanliness, and patient satisfaction.
- Hold staff accountable for delivering high-quality patient care and evaluating patient progress.
- Respond to emergency situations, including code red, code blue, trauma response, disasters, and emergency C-sections.
- Communicate with management personnel on emergency situations requiring oversight or follow-up.
Requirements:
- RN licensed in the State of PA
- Bachelor's Degree
- CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS within 90 days of hire
- Background Checks - as required by State and Federal Law
- Three Years' experience
