The Aquatic Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in guaranteeing a clean, safe, and enjoyable atmosphere for pool visitors while upholding superior levels of customer service. This position entails overseeing daily aquatic operations, leading a team, and ensuring efficient pool management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage personnel
  • Inspect and maintain recreational areas
  • Ensure guest safety and satisfaction
  • Participate in operational and safety briefings
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and its amenities
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is mandatory
  • Aquatics Facilitator Operator (AFO) certification is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Valid State Driver's License
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
